We’re back, although in a somewhat limited way, but only for the moment.
It’s going to take a bit of work to get the site looking the way I want it to.
I just wanted to get it up and running, then tweak it out over the next however many months it takes.
There is that one season I refer to by nothing more than a sound of derision; grrr
Well here it is again, right in our face; and I couldn’t be more unhappy
about it.
But there’s a smile that I’m keeping deep within myself, because…
Knowing that very soon Spring will have sprung, and I can then emerge from my cave after a long grrr-inter sleep.
Out into the open with the sun shining on my face, it releases the smile from within me.
I’m happy again.
And hungry as a bear.

It has been so bitter cold, and we’ve had so much snow; more than I can remember in the last few years.
But it’s not going to last for too long,
even though it may seem to be never ending.
Good grief, now I’m even bumming myself out.
Enough is enough. Do not despair;
we’re moving on.
Get ready for a huge pile of
optimism that’s coming your way.
We’re moving in a much more climate friendly direction.
The direction that’s all about life, living, and fun in the sun.
The days will become longer, the sun will shine more often, and the weather will be warm and wonderful.
Spring will have sprung into full bloom, and out come the shorts, sandals, and t-shirts.
Now we’re in full anticipation of the slide into summer.
These next several months are going to be awesome, filled with vacations, beach time.
Backyard deck parties and bbq’s with family and friends.
Enjoy them while you can.
Although very little has changed since I first published the site, I just wanted to say that I haven’t forgot to continue to move forward with additional information to thrill and excite everyone, small humor .
I’ve been putting some pages together of more photos taken by Paul and Marilyn on some of their vacations, as well as some additional older photos added to the existing ‘Family Pages’.
A fair amount of selection and cropping is going to take place before I can post them, so keep your eyes on the target and new photos will appear shortly; the term ‘shortly’ can be up to a month or two or three; how long it’s really going to take is a crap shoot at best.
So keep coming back from time to time, they’ll be there soon.
Whether it’s Shamrocks or Mushrooms,

Well here we are, family and friends, all of us together on the same page.
Collectively we are the Byrne,
and the magic that makes all things on these pages
happen.
Over the years a great deal of something has taken place in order to create a family of this size. We seem to have done well.
